Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the annual advertising strategy for the aforementioned brands across Poland and the Baltic states, covering all media channels and taking into account brand image, sales, and financial objectives as defined in the budget and its revisions,

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of advertising and a continuous flow of new ideas,

• Contribute to improving the operational efficiency and professional skills of the advertising department staff responsible for activities in Poland and the Baltic states,

• Ensure the proper presentation of the aforementioned brands in local advertising prepared by Renault Polska and in co-branding projects across Poland and the Baltic states,

• Coordinate website activities for the mentioned brands in Poland and the Baltic states to ensure up-to-date information that fosters a positive brand image, drives high traffic, and consequently generates leads,

• Coordinate social media activities for Poland and the Baltic states in collaboration with agencies and specific Renault Polska departments,

• Coordinate website activities for the Renault and Dacia partner network across Poland and the Baltic states,

• Collaborate with the Data, Architecture & CRM team on tools, CRM communication, and digital projects to generate the target number of leads from marketing activities, build a consistent brand image, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in Poland and... ...Baltic countries.
