We are expanding our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) practice and are currently looking for multiple MES professionals to join our growing team across several technology platforms. We have multiple open positions supporting global manufacturing transformation projects, offering opportunities to work with industry-leading MES solutions and international clients.
Our team delivers end-to-end MES implementations, covering business process assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The solutions we implement help manufacturers optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure product quality, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
As an MES Specialist, you will become part of our MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) Delivery team, working on complex manufacturing projects across a variety of industries. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will contribute to the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of leading MES platforms.
We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated professionals who enjoy solving complex business and technical challenges, working with new technologies, and helping clients improve their manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and industrial shop-floor environments
- Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following MES platforms:
- Rockwell PharmaSuite (including Master Batch Record design, ideally with extensive implementation experience)
- Rockwell FactoryTalk combined with pharmaceutical or manufacturing domain knowledge
- Siemens Opcenter APS
- Siemens Opcenter Execution Core
- Siemens Opcenter Advanced
- Camstar MES
- DELMIA Apriso
- Experience with MES implementation, configuration, customization, integration, or application support
- Understanding of manufacturing systems architecture and system integration concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot and support complex manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in international project teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
