The Manager, Workforce & Organizational Transformation will lead a team supporting CNIC workforce management, organizational transformation, training, strategic communications, and Real Property initiatives. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day team leadership, task execution, deliverable quality, stakeholder coordination, and successful completion of assigned contract requirements.

The Manager will translate Government priorities into actionable work plans, coordinate personnel and resources, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables are provided on schedule. The position will also directly contribute to workforce planning, organizational change, training, Real Property accountability, audit readiness, and process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

People & Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and subject matter experts.
Assign work, establish priorities, manage workloads, and monitor team performance.
Review team deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with Government requirements.
Identify staffing, resource, and capability gaps and recommend solutions.
Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.
Foster collaboration and accountability across a multidisciplinary team.

Program & Client Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned CNIC Government stakeholders.
Lead working groups, status meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Translate Government requirements into execution plans and team assignments.
Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and performance.
Provide regular status updates and recommendations to Government and company leadership.
Identify emerging requirements and opportunities to improve program execution.

Workforce & Organizational Transformation

Lead workforce assessments to identify staffing requirements, capability gaps, and organizational risks.
Support workforce realignment, organizational design, and roles/responsibilities development.
Develop workforce development and organizational improvement strategies.
Analyze processes and recommend improvements to organizational effectiveness and mission performance.
Support integration of personnel and functions across CNIC organizations and echelons.

Training & Change Management

Lead development of training programs, curricula, job aids, playbooks, and knowledge-management products.
Assess workforce training and development needs and recommend solutions.
Support organizational change initiatives and adoption of new policies, processes, and systems.
Develop communications, implementation plans, executive briefings, memoranda, and taskers.

Real Property & Audit Readiness

Lead team efforts supporting Real Property accountability, audit readiness, internal controls, and facility-related initiatives.
Support Real Property assessments, documentation, process reviews, and corrective actions.
Identify control weaknesses, compliance risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Support Real Property acquisition, transfer, disposal, and lifecycle management activities.

Performance & Reporting

Develop and monitor performance metrics and management dashboards.
Track team and program performance against established objectives.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, analyses, and recommendations.
