YOUR MISSION

The Manager, Trade Marketing SEA is responsible for leading and delivering the trade marketing strategy across Southeast Asia. The role translates regional and global brand and product priorities into effective wholesale partner campaigns, product launches and trade show executions that strengthen brand presence and support sell-in and sell-through. The role also oversees campaign budgets, marketing assets, product seeding and agency management while coordinating closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product and local market teams to ensure consistent, timely and high-quality execution across the region.

Task 1: SEA Trade Marketing Strategy and Planning

Develop, lead and monitor annual and seasonal trade marketing plans across SEA, aligned with regional and global brand strategies, product priorities and sales objectives. Lead cross-functional planning for wholesale partner campaigns and product launches, maintaining clear working calendars across markets.

Task 2: Campaign Wholesale Partner and Trade Show Execution

Plan and deliver integrated campaigns for key wholesale partners, from briefing through execution and post-campaign evaluation. Lead trade shows and key account fairs, ensuring strong brand presentation. Develop effective sell-in and sell-through initiatives, maximise global and regional assets, and maintain high-quality execution across SEA.

Task 3: Brand Assets Content and Product Seeding

Manage imagery and social media toolkit requests, together with basic catalogue and imagery approvals, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Own seasonal product-seeding orders and allocations for campaigns, influencer seeding, gifting and GWP activities, including delivery and usage tracking.

Task 4: Budget and Operational Management

Manage campaign and wholesale partner budgets across SEA, including forecasting, budget tracking, reconciliation and invoice processing. Ensure investments are efficiently allocated to priority partners, campaigns and brand initiatives.

Task 5: Stakeholder and Agency Management

Lead coordination across Sales, Brand Marketing, Product and local market teams to align product priorities, campaigns, content and social messaging. Manage agencies and external partners, including briefing, performance, negotiations and contracts. Lead communication with regional and global marketing teams to share SEA initiatives and obtain approvals or support when required.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant studied.

Professional: A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably within the retail, fashion, footwear, or FMCG industries.

IT Skills: Microsoft Office

Language Skills: English
