As Manager, Risk Frameworks, you'll help maintain and continuously improve the policies, standards, procedures and tools that support risk management across the organisation. Working closely with business leaders, specialist risk teams and framework owners, you'll help ensure risk management expectations are clear, consistent and aligned to both regulatory requirements and HCF's strategic goals.
You'll play a key role in keeping HCF's Risk Framework current and effective, supporting the review and enhancement of framework artefacts, coordinating stakeholder consultation and helping embed changes across the business. You'll also contribute to improving how risk information is captured, managed and reported, helping create greater consistency across systems, processes and risk practices.
This role offers plenty of variety and exposure, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve usability and strengthen HCF's risk management capability.

You'll also bring:
- Experience supporting or maintaining risk management frameworks, policies, standards or procedures within a regulated environment.
- A solid understanding of enterprise risk management, risk assessments, controls, governance and risk appetite frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a range of teams.
- Experience translating regulatory or risk requirements into practical guidance that can be applied by the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical way.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to make processes simpler, more effective and easier to adopt.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Law, risk Management, governance or a related field.
- Professional certification or postgraduate study in risk management, governance, compliance, audit or related discipline is desirable.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys collaborating with others, solving problems and helping create a consistent approach to risk management across the organisation.
