ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manage personnel performance and the distribution of work to ensure the necessary resources are available and performing in a manner that supports the short term and long-term needs of the business and meets customer expectations

·         Ensure ownership for orders is maintained within the team throughout the entire order life cycle, including cash collection efforts as needed

·         Collaborate with other functional departments to drive the timely and accurate execution and completion of all customer-facing actions necessary to support order delivery and payment schedules

·         Analyze data and distribute various functional metrics

·         Analyze data and provide direction to the EDI, embellishment and order management teams

·         Manage process analysis including the documentation of existing processes, the facilitation of process improvement sessions and recommendations for efficiencies through systems improvements

·         Manage the implementation of improvements to current business systems and / or processes

·         Provide oversight across platforms and functional areas to ensure that end-to-end processes and data flow seamlessly

·         Define and drive documentation of standard business processes and related systems flow to ensure for cross functional clarity of order management processes

·         Serve as subject matter expert for SAP order management systems and business processes

·         Develop, train, and provide work direction of direct reports

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

·         Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·         Highly proficient in SAP and Business Objects (or similar reporting tool)

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel modeling, with experience building and managing large data

·         Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner

·         Ability to manage and mentor a team

·         Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

·         Ability to travel internationally and domestically

·         Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency

·         Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data / detail

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
