As a Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Manager, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure facilities, layout, machinery, and utilities operate at maximum efficiency and output. You will oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown management across mechanical and electrical equipment, reliability improvement, people leadership, and budget control. This role reports to the Plant Manager and oversees 4 direct reports, while also leading water supply and wastewater treatment management to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
What you will do:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures that improve operational performance and plant reliability.
Lead the maintenance team to ensure machine availability, utility reliability, and responsive management of mechanical, electrical, and equipment breakdowns in partnership with shift operations.
Drive equipment optimization in line with standard procedures to enhance performance, product quality, and physical asset control across the plant.
Oversee all maintenance procedures and activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing maintenance team that delivers best-practice results, added value, and continuous improvement.
Manage maintenance budgets and cost reporting, ensuring plans are aligned with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Lead water supply and wastewater treatment management to ensure compliance with key requirements while optimizing operating costs.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
Proven experience in a multinational food and beverage or chemical manufacturing environment.
Extensive plant-level maintenance and problem-solving experience, with strong knowledge of equipment reliability and operational improvement.
Hands-on experience with TPM/WCM, especially Planned Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM), to enhance equipment reliability.
Knowledge of water supply systems and wastewater treatment management, along with strong English communication skills; Senior Person Responsible for Energy certification is preferred.
Excellent command in English – written and spoken
