What you will be working on
- Develop business opportunities in PEALD market at TSMC
- Identify customer’s key opinion leaders and build strong relationships
- Work closely with business units to drive product penetrations
- Create well throughout business plans and account profiles. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Monitor market competitions and customer trends. Analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep Company and products competitive
- Ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended well
What we are looking for
- BS/BE or above
- 7+ years proven experiences in Sales, Account Manager or relevant role
- 3+ years experiences working with TSMC in Thin Film deposition products
- Good prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the Company
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
