Job Description:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The Manager, Global Tax plays an important role in supporting SkinHealth Systems’ international tax compliance and transfer pricing activities while contributing to U.S. tax compliance and reporting. This hands-on role partners closely with global Finance and Accounting teams and external advisors to execute tax requirements, maintain accurate documentation, manage key deliverables, and support the tax needs of an increasingly complex global business.
 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage quarterly and annual transfer pricing calculations, adjustments, and implementation activities in partnership with global Finance and Accounting teams and external advisors.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking studies, intercompany arrangements, and annual documentation requirements.
• Coordinate foreign income tax compliance and related filings, working with local Finance and Accounting teams and external tax advisors to support accurate and timely completion.
• Partner with global Finance and Accounting teams to support foreign subsidiary tax matters, including tax requirements associated with local statutory financial statements.
• Prepare and support U.S. federal and state income tax compliance activities, including supporting calculations, workpapers, extensions, estimates, and related filings.
• Support the quarterly and year-end global income tax provision process, including preparation of tax calculations, account reconciliations, workpapers, and related reporting.
• Support international and U.S. tax audits, tax research, cross-border transactions, and other tax planning and compliance initiatives as needed.
• Monitor developments in U.S. and international tax laws and regulations, research potential impacts, and communicate relevant findings to the Director, Tax and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience, including experience with international tax, transfer pricing, and foreign tax compliance.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and international tax laws, transfer pricing principles, and cross-border transactions.
• Experience supporting foreign tax compliance and working with Finance and Accounting teams and external tax service providers.
• Experience with U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and/or income tax provision processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.

Base Pay: $122,000-$145,000 annually

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacial's total rewards package for our employees. Preferred

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Experience in consumer products, medical device, or publicly traded company tax environments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Extended use of a computer, keyboard, and multiple monitors; good visual acuity required.
• Occasional travel for tax authority meetings and company events — approximately 5–10% annually.
• Must be able to lift and carry a laptop and materials weighing up to 15 lbs. during travel.
