Role Definition:

Manages all aspects of operation and maintenance of multiple or large physical facilities.

Responsibilities:

•            Maintaining various facility systems such as water, utilities, generators, lighting, refrigeration, green areas, security, pest control, etc.

•            Managing security staff and activities to ensure safety of people, premises and property.

•            Providing support to operations management for maintenance, repair and improvement of physical systems and equipment, vendor relations, and cost control.

•            Evaluating present and future needs for care of one or multiple facilities. This may include paint, floors, furniture, and all other general maintenance and upkeep as well as administration and execution of new construction projects. manufacture of miscellaneous
