[What you will be working on]

• Manage the collection and refund of tax revenue and government payouts through electronic and non-electronic means
• Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines
• Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation
• Conduct data analysis to understand taxpayers' payment behaviour to develop strategies to encourage e-Payment/Refund
• Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery
• Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders
