Edelman Hong Kong is seeking a well-rounded Digital Senior Account Executive / Manager to join our Integrated Solutions team in Hong Kong. This individual will drive regional and local client projects with a wide-ranging portfolio across F&B, QSR, financial services, government and corporate clients.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain client relationships, responsible for day-to-day client communications, scope delivery and quality, timeline and budget management
• Manage multi-market client accounts, acting as the key contact across markets to ensure alignment on strategy, timelines, deliverables, budgets and reporting
• Develop digital proposals and reports, covering social media, influencer, paid media, website scopes
• Work with Edelman’s performance marketing team to deliver paid media scopes, with the ability to review plans and conduct analysis for reporting
• Identify and work with influencers and content creators to create buzzworthy social campaigns
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production and PR teams to shape integrated campaigns
• Participate in pitches, supporting overall deck development, coordination with internal teams, preparing budgets

What is required of you:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in digital and social marketing, preferably in an agency account management role
• Strong client servicing and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines and budgets at the same time.
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong culture, social media, and influencer landscape. Experience working on Mainland China social platforms is a plus.
• Experience working on paid media, website development, SEM/SEO scopes
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, written and spoken. Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
