This person will be a versatile member of the Product Comms team, helping tell the story of Snapchat, SPECS, and other major product initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to get into the details, move quickly, and jump in wherever needed to get the work done.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies for major products, features, launches, and initiatives across Snapchat and SPECS.

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Policy, Legal, and other teams to develop coordinated campaigns and communications around major company priorities.
  • Draft messaging, Newsroom posts, FAQs, pitches, briefing materials, and other communications, and prepare executives and spokespeople for media and industry moments.

  • Creative, curious, and culturally aware, with an interest in technology, consumer behavior, and how products fit into people’s lives.
  • Deep understanding of cultural trends and relevance, with a strong ability to weave cultural moments and consumer behavior into compelling product narratives.
  • Comfortable working independently and moving quickly across multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong cross-functional skills and experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Policy, and senior leaders.
  • Collaborative hands-on and low-ego mindset with proven experience building impactful relationships and executing strategic partner initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
