Hybrid 2: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Manager Clinical Operations & Education/Instruction (US) will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and enhancing onboarding, educational, and developmental training programs across the enterprise, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop strategies for pharmacy operations, infusion center operations, patient access operations, nursing, and clinical education to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards while using data-driven insights as a basis for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure educational initiatives align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive educational programs for various operational and clinical divisions, including all operations, nursing, and pharmacy; ensure alignment of educational initiatives remains within organizational goals and industry standards.
- Oversee the design and implementation of the onboarding and training curriculum for the enterprise, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of education programs across diverse operational and clinical departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor content to specific clinical and or operational needs and organizational objectives.
- Monitor program outcomes and make continuous improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Design and manage onboarding programs for new operational and clinical staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Utilize various training modalities, including workshops, online modules, and hands-on training sessions.
- Establish key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Ensure education programs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to train/maintain accreditation standards.
- Remain informed about changes in regulations and adapt programs accordingly.
- Provide oversight of clinical and/or operational associates who support staff training/education.
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports, including managers, team leads, and individual contributors in the operational and clinical education departments.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of skilled personnel, ensuring the team is equipped to meet the organization's evolving needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires Bachelor in Nursing, MS in Nursing, or PharmD and a minimum of 5 or more years in related clinical field and a minimum of 1 year leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Current, active, valid and unrestricted RN, NP, FNP or Pharmacists license in applicable state(s) required.
- Current CPR Certification required.
- For Paragon and Carelon Health business unit, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Extensive experience in clinical and operational education, focusing on program design and delivery preferred.
