Duties & Responsibilities
Builds and maintains relationships between IT and business units to ensure timely support of day-to-day business processing needs.
Balances workload between in-house and outsourced resources and manage the ongoing business systems related projects.
Coordinates IT, business areas, and external vendors in defining and supporting the business processes related to IT.
Ensures documentation of requirements, coordination of all aspects of the business life cycle, and implementation of change control procedures.
Manages multiple projects and meet stated customer-initiated deadlines.
Consults with business leaders to develop and implement solutions to business needs.
Supports the release and implementation of platform, product, and service enhancements.
Collaborates with functional leaders to identify the organization's needs, solution design and deployment.
Develops and maintains professional working relationships in order to achieve organizational goals.
Establishes rules and regulations for internal and external stakeholders within the organization.
Creates and drives Business Solutions offerings to improve business outcomes.
Stays current with emerging IT and Business Systems trends & features.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all products/systems/tools within the Business Systems Portfolio.
Oversees all supervisory administrative duties such as hiring, coaching, quality control, performance management and policy adherence.
Creates development plans and mentor the team to lead them to success.
Aligns team goals with the over-arching goals of Enterprise Solutions and PCG.
Motivates and encourages teams through positive communication and feedback.
Reviews financials and customer service metrics to make determinations on a course of action to improve and drive results.
Prioritizes projects and daily work of the teams to align with the goals of the firm.
Runs metrics against teams’ ticket and other queues/logs to understand areas of process improvements and/or automation opportunities.
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.
Strong ability to represent and document business processes, interaction flows, data flow processes, use cases, test cases, business requirements, user stories, etc.
Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development.
The ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to inquiries.
Experience with working as a liaison between technological and operations business units.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and develop action plans with team members having disparate viewpoints.
Demonstrated an organized, proactive, and passionate approach to working in a face paced and entrepreneurial environment with a broad range of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a closely related degree. Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Range: $78,100 - $93,000
