As a Treasury Finance & Accounting Senior Associate you will support outsourced finance processes within our Managed Services practice, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment and processing, quality control checks, and handling escalations and queries. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and help guide junior team members while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and the broader objectives of the role.

In this role at PwC, you will apply critical thinking to treasury and finance activities, interpret data to shape insights and recommendations, and use a range of tools and methods to deliver reliable work across changing client needs. You will also have the opportunity to strengthen your technical knowledge, expand your personal brand, and contribute to service delivery that supports client operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced treasury and finance processes across client engagements, including transaction review, data processing, and record maintenance
- Reviewing financial documents, validating key details, and reconciling exceptions to support accurate reporting
- Monitoring quality control procedures, documenting process gaps, and recommending corrective actions for recurring issues
- Managing assigned workstreams, prioritizing deadlines, and tracking deliverables across multiple client requests
- Analyzing process data and operational trends to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and service consistency
- Resolving escalations and client queries by researching issues, applying policy guidance, and presenting clear recommendations
- Coordinating with internal teams to support cash management, payment activity, and other treasury operations
- Applying accounting concepts, process documentation, and digital tools to support scalable managed services delivery
- Mentoring junior team members on task execution, issue resolution, and transaction handling practices
- Building client relationships by anticipating service needs, communicating progress, and adapting to changing priorities

What You Must Have

- CA / CA Inter / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance).

- Treasury Accounting & Reporting Expertise – Manage treasury-related accounting activities including cash, investments, hedging, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, forecasting, and financial reporting.

-Technical Finance & Regulatory Knowledge – Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC disclosures, treasury products, financial instruments, and capital markets transactions to support accurate accounting and compliance.

- Leadership & Process Improvement – Act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, drive process standardization, improve controls, and lead transformation initiatives across treasury operations.
