As a Managed Services - Cyber - Identity Access Management-Manager-Cyber Managed services -Consult, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining the security of client systems. Within our Cyber practice, you will focus on effectively responding to and mitigating cyber threats, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing secure systems to protect against future attacks. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations, while articulating our purpose and values with integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the interactions within complex systems, address conflicts, and engage in challenging conversations with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

- Leading cybersecurity incident management efforts to identify, analyze, and resolve security incidents
- Developing and implementing strategies for cybersecurity threat mitigation and vulnerability management
- Utilizing cybersecurity frameworks and governance to enhance client data protection
- Collaborating with teams to design secure systems and proactive solutions for safeguarding sensitive data
- Conducting forensic investigations and digital forensics to support incident response plans
- Managing network security platforms and firewalls to maintain robust security architecture
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of cybersecurity initiatives
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in client engagements
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for enhancing cybersecurity measures
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to improve cybersecurity strategies and operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to incident response and cyber defense, including GIAC (eg., GCFA, GCIA, GCIH) or equivalent incident response credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity threat mitigation and incident management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address complex cybersecurity issues
- Excelling in digital forensics and forensic investigation techniques
- Embracing AI-human collaboration to enhance cybersecurity strategies
- Developing skills in cybersecurity governance and risk management
