• Provide technical support to the manufacturing area in the evaluation, installation, maintenance, and improvement of equipment, components, and electronic and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and perform troubleshooting on equipment and systems, including PLCs, ensuring their optimal operation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to approved SOPs, ensuring equipment reliability and availability.
• Interpret plans, diagrams, and technical documentation for the correct execution of tasks and development of solutions.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and materials, ensuring their availability and optimal conditions for use.
• Record and document activities in the CMMS, ensuring the control of work orders, resources, costs, and inventory.
• Support in root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, downtime monitoring, and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Comply with safety regulations and participate in training, as well as train technical staff when required.

What will convince us:

• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Ladder Logic, Structured Text; Siemens).
• Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, and ability to read electrical diagrams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (RCA) and continuous improvement mindset.
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and compliance with safety standards and established procedures.
• Available to work the 5th shift.
