The Maintenance Technician is a key contributor in supporting a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties to care for, optimize, and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities at Airgas USA, LLC. This role helps foster the safe and efficient operation of plant assets.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various physical positions.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial gas environment.

• Experience with PLCs and motor controls

• Basic welding and fabrication skills
