So, we work side by side with mines across the globe to move less rock, use less energy, use water wisely, and create less waste. Together, we drive the shift to smart, efficient, and more sustainable mining.

  • Training & Leadership: Train maintenance team leaders and technicians on systematic problem-solving techniques such as Root Cause Analysis and PDCA, fostering continuous improvement.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Apply strong electrical and mechanical knowledge to analyze equipment failures, identify recurring issues, and lead corrective action initiatives including Kaizen events and recommendation reports.

  • Systems Navigation: Utilize CMMS, EAM systems, SAP, Oracle, SharePoint, and other digital tools to build job plans, manage documentation, and communicate effectively across departments.
