  • Support facility expansions, construction, equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and other capital improvement projects.
  • Develop project schedules, track milestones, monitor budgets, and communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Safety, Quality, and other departments on equipment, facility, and process-related projects.
  • Ensure maintenance activities and facility operations comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes, permits, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Support safety, environmental, food-safety, and audit requirements related to maintenance and facility operations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, equipment documentation, PM records, vendor information, and compliance documentation.
  • Establish maintenance KPIs and track performance, including equipment uptime, PM completion, downtime, response time, work-order backlog, repeat failures, and maintenance costs.
  • Respond effectively to equipment and facility emergencies and coordinate resources to minimize operational disruption.
  • Promote a proactive maintenance culture focused on safety, reliability, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs, improve equipment reliability, increase efficiency, and extend asset life.
  • Ensure maintenance areas, tools, equipment, and spare-parts storage remain clean, organized, and properly maintained.
