Job Description
Job Summary
Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to produce medical devices and components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Work hours: 7PM - 7AM
Job Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor various production machines (e.g., molding machines, assembly equipment, packaging lines) according to established procedures and work instructions.
Perform in-process quality checks, inspections, and measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or escalate complex problems to maintenance or engineering.
Complete accurate production records, logs, and documentation as required.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet output targets.
Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of machine components.
Identify and report any non-conforming materials or products.
Preferred Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. preferred OR 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience is preferred.
