Job Description

1. 县城生意的规划：找到生意机会点，覆盖县镇生意空白地区，并调动资源，促使生意增长；

2. 县城经销商管理：推动深度覆盖与潜力产品的卖进，管理经销商月度/年度目标的达成，卖进合适的产品组合，

3. 赋能经销商团队，提升权重门店的执行：通过协助经销商设定&追踪团队KPI，培训&跟线辅导经销商销售团队的执行，提升产品分销及动销；

4. 市场推广活动：活动计划的制定与执行，提升品牌认知度;

5. 合理商贸费用的管理：规划权重门店投资，提升投资可视度

6. 地级市生意提升：与城市经理合作，共同促进整体地级市生意的有机增长;

3年以上快速消费品销售工作经验，其中2年及以上经销商管理经验；

熟悉当地市场，熟悉经销商管理；

执行能力强，并且有一定的沟通协调能力；

吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强。
