Sobre este puesto de Logistics Planner - Fliteboard EMEA en Brunswick Corporation
Are you ready for what’s next?
Come explore opportunities within Brunswick, a global marine leader committed to challenging conventions and innovating next-generation technologies that transform experiences on the water and beyond. Brunswick believes “Next Never Rests™,” and we offer a variety of exciting careers and growth opportunities within united teams defining the future of marine recreation.
About the Job
At Fliteboard, we're building the world's most loved foiling brand — across powered and unpowered water sports.
In just a few short years we've grown from start-up to a global business generating ~$80M in annual sales, with operations and customers across more than 90 countries.
Backed by Brunswick Boat Group, the world's leading marine products group, we're entering our next phase of growth — scaling our portfolio, our teams, and our global operations, with ambitions to exceed $200M in revenue over the next three years.
We're looking for a Logistics Planner to lead the planning of Flite's product flow across Europe, from the container arriving at port to the moment our riders and dealers have their gear in hand.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role sits at Flite in Amsterdam and works closely with the team at Brunswick Marine in Verviers, Belgium, our 3PL warehouse partner within the Brunswick group. As Flite's lead planner for EMEA, you'll travel regularly between Amsterdam and Verviers to build a strong and effective partnership with your intra-group colleagues. Building a strong relationship with the Belgian team is a must for success in this role.
The Verviers team handles the physical side: receiving, storing and dispatching our products. You own everything that makes that run smoothly: import planning and customs clearance, accurate stock in our systems, orders released on time with complete export documentation, and clear communication with customers and dealers after dispatch.
This is a hands-on role for an organised, proactive logistics professional who enjoys owning a process end to end, solving problems before they reach the customer, and building strong partnerships across teams, entities and countries.
What You'll be Responsible for
• Plan inbound containers and transfers, pre-advise the warehouse and manage import customs clearance with our customs broker
• Own Flite's online inventory: daily reconciliation with the warehouse, stock adjustments, quarantine and release instructions, and new item set-up
• Plan and prioritise customer, dealer and internal orders daily, releasing them to the warehouse before the daily cut-off
• Deliver every order document-complete, including commercial invoices, export declarations, certificates of origin and battery/dangerous-goods documentation
• Be the main point of contact for customers and dealers after dispatch, investigating and resolving delivery issues through to closure
• Coordinate returns from instruction to processing, keeping customer care, service, sales and finance informed
• Lead the weekly operational review with our 3PL partner, tracking service levels, inventory accuracy and improvement actions
• Continuously improve our logistics processes, documentation and reporting
About You
• 3–5 years' experience in logistics planning, import/export or inventory control, ideally working with a 3PL or managing a warehouse partner remotely from a consumer brand
• Hands-on experience with import customs clearance and export documentation across EMEA
• Strong systems skills: WMS, CRM, Shopify and Salesforce, plus advanced Excel
• High attention to detail and a structured, proactive approach to problem solving
• Clear, professional communication in English and French (French is required for daily coordination with our Verviers warehouse)
• A natural relationship builder who can create a strong, trusted partnership with our Belgian colleagues, as well as with internal teams and external partners
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between Amsterdam and Verviers
It would be great if you also had experience with
• Lithium battery and dangerous-goods transport (IATA/ADR)
• Working in an intercompany or multi-entity supply chain
• Marine, EV, powersports or action sports products
• Foiling, surfing, kiting, wing or other water sports
Why Flite?
• Build category-defining products that are changing the future of water sports
• Join a fast-growing global business with bold ambitions and strong backing from Brunswick Corporation
• Work alongside a high-calibre, passionate team in a hands-on, product-led environment
• Competitive salary and bonus plan
• Extra vacation days on top of the statutory minimum
• Work from home up to 2 days per week, with a daily allowance
• Free access to LinkedIn Learning
• Brunswick employee discount and boat rental programs
• Get on the water, with the opportunity to learn and ride Flite products
• Be part of a culture that values performance, connection and lifestyle
