What You’ll Do:

• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets Loews’ quality standards.

• Coordinate with bartenders and servers to guarantee guests receive the correct items.

• Provide guests with necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments to enhance their experience.

• Communicate special requests or modifications clearly and professionally.

• Respond to guest inquiries related to food orders with courtesy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Clear empty plates and dishware, reset tables quickly, and keep the bar area clean and organized.

• Maintain and clean trays and serving equipment throughout your shift.

• Assist with restocking and organizing bar service items, including plates, utensils, and condiments.

• Support closing duties such as cleaning, trash removal, and resetting for the next shift.

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

• This position requires bending, lifting, and carrying.  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
