The Loan Specialist will help people by making sure their paperwork is complete and organized so our team can move their loans forward. No experience is needed-just bring your motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers to collect the information necessary
- Keep track of important dates and make sure nothing is missed
- Stay organized so all the details are in the right place
- Solve problems early and ask for help when needed
- Provide friendly, clear communication to customers and teammates
Qualifications:
- Strong organization skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Drive for continuous learning
- Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is a benefit but not required
