Summary:
As an LLM Operations Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging cloud-native platforms and tools to deploy large language models in a scalable and efficient manner. The role requires continuous monitoring of model performance to identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensuring that all AI operations adhere to established compliance and security protocols is a key focus. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and reliable AI services forms an integral part of daily activities, alongside adapting to evolving technological landscapes to optimize deployment strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective deployment strategies.
- Maintain documentation of operational procedures and incident reports to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Proactively identify potential risks in AI operations and implement mitigation plans to ensure system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and tools for AI deployment and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of AI compliance frameworks and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in AI systems efficiently.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring techniques and tools specific to large-scale AI models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
