Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves working closely with advanced language models to refine their capabilities by focusing on instruction fine-tuning and adapting them to specific domains. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving datasets and model parameters to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the models in targeted applications. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning strategies, and collaborating with team members to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards within various contexts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into broader systems and workflows.
- Continuously monitor model performance and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation metrics.
- Document fine-tuning processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning processes.
- Familiarity with handling large datasets and optimizing model training workflows.
- Ability to work with machine learning libraries and tools relevant to language model development.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in model adaptation and performance enhancement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
