Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, your day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit particular domains and instructions. You will focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and respond accurately within specific contexts, ensuring that the outputs are relevant and effective. This role requires continuous engagement with the model's performance, making adjustments to improve its applicability and usefulness in various scenarios. Collaboration with team members to align the model's capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader applications.
- Monitor and evaluate model outputs to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Document development processes and maintain clear records of model adjustments and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
- Experience in fine-tuning language models with a focus on instruction-based and domain-specific adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and validation.
- Familiarity with model deployment and performance monitoring in production environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
