Summary:
As an LLM Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building applications that seamlessly integrate with Large Language Models and various enterprise systems. The role requires balancing front-end and back-end development tasks, creating robust application programming interfaces, and ensuring smooth deployment through DevOps methodologies. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and scalability of artificial intelligence solutions, continuously refining and optimizing the software to meet evolving business needs and technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to review and improve code quality and application performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 7 years of experience
- Expertise in solutioning and delivering enterprise GenAI solutions (LLM apps, advanced RAG, multi-agent frameworks).
- Hands-on with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Agentic SDKs, LangChain
- Strong Python engineering FastAPI (or similar Django/Flask).
- Build and deploy cloud-native AI on Azure (App Service, Kubernetes, AML, AKS, Key Vault).
- CI/CD experience: GitLab.
- Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) and ORMs.

Nice to have
React frontend knowledge
Solid MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, observability.
Ansible

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in developing and integrating APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices to automate deployment and monitoring of AI applications.
- Strong understanding of server-side technologies and front-end frameworks to build scalable applications.
- Ability to optimize AI models and applications for performance and resource efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
