Whether improving processes, transforming the digital core, or applying GenAI and Agentic AI, we help solve our clients’ most important challenges.

You Are:

A finance transformation professional who combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of Life Sciences business models. You are comfortable supporting Finance transformation across processes such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, while building expertise in industry-specific areas including Clinical and R&D Finance, Commercial Finance, Gross-to-Net, Product Costing, and Supply Chain Finance. You translate business requirements into practical process, data, and technology solutions and collaborate effectively with client and project teams.

The work:

  • Support Finance transformation workstreams from analysis and design through implementation.
  • Document current-state processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and help define target-state processes and requirements.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesize findings, and translate them into clear client-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Support Life Sciences Finance initiatives across core Finance and industry-specific domains, including Clinical and R&D Finance, Commercial and Gross-to-Net Finance, and Product Costing and Supply Chain Finance.
  • Participate in client interviews, workshops, working sessions, and design reviews; prepare materials and accurately capture decisions and action items.
  • Develop deliverables such as process flows, requirements, operating model components, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Work with functional and technology teams to translate Finance needs into data, analytics, automation, ERP, EPM, and emerging technology solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, change management, and value realization activities.
  • Contribute to proposals, research, points of view, and practice-building activities.
  • Stay current on Life Sciences, Finance, regulatory, data, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI trends.
  • Collaborate with and support the development of analysts and other team members.

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, Finance transformation, Finance operations, accounting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus points if:

  • Experience in at least one Finance process area, such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Financial Close, Consolidation, or Reporting.
  • Exposure to Life Sciences—including Pharma, MedTech / Medical Devices, or Medical Distribution—or a strong interest in developing industry expertise.
  • Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes or data, and developing client-ready deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, manage assigned tasks, and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Working knowledge of Finance operating models, controls, process design, and enabling technologies.
  • Exposure to one or more ERP, EPM, analytics, or Finance platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience in Clinical or R&D Finance, Gross-to-Net or Commercial Finance, Product Costing, or Supply Chain Finance.
  • Experience with Finance automation, analytics, RPA, AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience supporting an ERP or EPM implementation, process redesign, operating model, or data transformation initiative.
  • Familiarity with Finance technologies such as BlackLine, Workiva, Trintech, Anaplan, BPC, OneStream, or Hyperion.
  • CPA, CA, MBA, or another relevant certification or advanced degree.
