The Opportunity

As a Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations Consultant - Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our Insurance sector. You will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to enhance client service operations. Within our Operations practice, you will lead large projects, applying sound judgment and strategic thinking to solve complex problems and deliver quality results.

As a Senior Manager, you will guide teams through challenging situations, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration. You will motivate and coach diverse teams, applying your skills to develop high-performing groups that contribute to the firm's success. Your role will involve interacting with clients at a strategic level, validating outcomes, and acting on feedback to drive project success.

In this role at PwC, you will focus on life, annuity, and group benefits operations, working directly with clients to optimize their processes and improve service delivery. Responsibilities

- Leading operations consulting projects within the life, annuity, and group benefits sectors
- Guiding teams in strategic customer development and service delivery models
- Utilizing business process management and modeling to optimize client support operations
- Conducting industry trend analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance customer service management
- Applying analytical thinking and qualitative analysis to improve service delivery
- Coaching teams on customer relationship management and service excellence
- Implementing corrective actions and rapid experimentation to drive operational improvements
- Promoting creativity and intellectual curiosity in developing innovative solutions
- Validating data analytics processes to support customer insight and satisfaction initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Psychology/Social Psychology, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Data Analytics

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
