We are looking for PRN LPNs! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a Culture of Caring, not only for the residents we serve but for our valued employees as well. Pay: LPN rate is $31-$34/hr. will include working every other weekend
Hours:
- Noc: 10:30 pm to 6:00 AM
- PRN
- PM: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Medication administration
- Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents
- Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
- Observing residents and appropriately documenting
- Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
- Follow safety guidelines
Skills
- MUST have an LPN license
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
- BS or other diploma from a nursing program
