Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Rhode Island
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients in Rhode Island. You will work with clients during scheduled sessions, complete required documentation, and coordinate with other providers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Set treatment goals and review progress with clients
• Complete risk assessments when concerns arise
• Follow established safety procedures as needed

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient therapy (telehealth experience welcome)
• Comfortable working with an adult caseload and common clinical presentations (anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions)
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
