Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Kansas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Opportunity

We are recruiting an LSCSW to provide virtual outpatient therapy to clients across Kansas. The clinician will address mental health symptoms while considering the social, family, and environmental factors that may affect treatment and recovery.

Clinical Duties

• Evaluate clients’ behavioral health and psychosocial needs
• Prepare practical, client-centered plans of care
• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy through secure video appointments
• Help clients develop coping and problem-solving skills
• Track changes in symptoms and daily functioning
• Maintain complete and confidential client records

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in social work
• Active Kansas LSCSW credential
• Prior psychotherapy or clinical social work experience
• Knowledge of diagnosis and evidence-based treatment methods
• Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
• Reliable technology and a private home-office environment
