Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Delaware
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver virtual mental health services to clients in Delaware. This role centers on providing professional therapy, completing assessments, creating treatment plans, and helping clients move toward healthier emotional and behavioral outcomes. You’ll work with individuals who need steady clinical support while providing care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Complete intake assessments and review clinical history
• Create treatment plans that align with client needs and goals
• Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Track client progress and adjust interventions when appropriate
• Complete clinical notes and required documentation on time
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional practice standards

Requirements

• Active Delaware LCSW license required
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
