micro1 is engaging Legal, Policy & Public Experts to participate in a project focused on reconstructing and enhancing executive-level presentations for legal, policy, and public services audiences. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Receive images of legal, compliance, or policy-related business slides and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring content accuracy and professional presentation standards.
- Critically analyze slide content and structure, enhancing visual storytelling, data visualization, and message clarity while preserving precise legal and policy definitions, caveats, and intended meaning.
- Document a detailed rationale for every change made and any changes intentionally rejected, clearly defending both improvements and sound original choices.
- Edit, refine, and format executive briefings, policy options analyses, committee updates, and public consultation materials for maximum clarity and factual integrity.
- Explain your approach to content hierarchy, evidence-backed titling, and exhibit selection, supporting your choices with legal and policy logic.
- Work flexibly, completing each production assignment in 1–2 hours with variable, sprint-based project volume.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ proven experience in legal practice, regulatory affairs, public policy, or the public sector, with substantive exposure to compliance and governance issues.
- Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and enhance executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior decision-makers or client audiences in legal or policy domains.
- Strong practical skills in slide reconstruction, data visualization, and narrative-driven presentation design.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and precise written communication skills.
- Expertise in accurately explaining message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and content structuring within legal and public policy contexts.
- Experience in AI training, rubric development, or evaluation (desirable but not required).
- Industry practitioners and consultants with deep domain knowledge are encouraged to participate; consulting-firm background is not essential.
