Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking a Legal Consultant - Investment Management to support our global 500 client in the Financial services sector:

Key responsibilities

• Support APAC investment transactions (funds, real estate, credit), partnering closely with the deal team and external counsel.
• Review and negotiate investment management agreements, as well as day‑to‑day commercial contracts (NDAs, services agreements, vendor and hotel contracts).
• Review marketing and investor materials for real estate funds and products to ensure they meet regulatory and disclosure standards.
• Help apply global/regional legal and compliance policies, flagging key legal and regulatory issues to the COO and senior stakeholders.

Requirements 

• 5–10(+) years’ PQE with investment management / asset management experience, ideally including real estate or alternative funds but not a must.
• Exposure to fund / product documentation (funds, mandates, JVs, co‑investments) and working with external counsel on transactions.
• Good working knowledge of MAS and/or other major funds / securities regulations
• Offers hybrid work model
