Responsibilities:

• Support the build-out of the compliance framework, including policies and procedures
• Conduct compliance assessments and risk assessments
• Conduct compliance training
• Plan and manage the compliance pipeline
• Handle general compliance and regulatory work

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates with 6+ years of experience, with solid compliance framework-building experience
• Prior experience building or implementing compliance frameworks and policies from scratch, ideally in a similar high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience conducting compliance assessments and risk assessments, with the ability to identify and remediate gaps quickly
• Training and education experience, as they need someone to help upskill their internal teams on compliance matters
• Comfort with operational compliance and policy development, not someone focused solely on regulatory tracking or change management
