Job Description
Leasing Sales Assistant
Temporary contract role for 6 months. Potential extension to other 6 months.
Onsite 5 days a week.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Fiscal law in México knowledge is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, or leasing operations is a plus.
Speaking English is required for role.
The Sales Assistant supports laboratory equipment leasing initiatives in the Mexican market by developing financing solutions that address customer budgets, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. This role provides sales and process support, responds to customer inquiries, and collaborates with Account Managers, Product Specialists, Leasing Partners, and other internal stakeholders to deliver effective leasing solutions. The position also coordinates customer discussions to identify financing options and support successful leasing program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and present leasing proposals that demonstrate financial benefits, cost savings, and equipment financing options.
Support the preparation and administration of leasing agreements in compliance with applicable Mexican fiscal and regulatory requirements.
Assist customers and sales teams in evaluating financing options that align with budget and business objectives.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Product Specialists, Leasing Partners, and customers to support leasing opportunities.
Monitor active leasing agreements and support contract renewals, upgrades, and customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and training to sales teams on leasing programs, financing solutions, and customer value propositions.
Maintain awareness of market trends, leasing practices, and regulatory changes that may impact financing solutions.
