Join us in this full-time permanent Leasing Consultant role within the Maxxia team at MMS.

You are a sales professional in a phone-based role.  You may have sales experience in another industry. We have a great training program to help you get up to speed with all that you will need to know about novated leasing.

You want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an environment that supports your career progression. You want a corporate sales role which challenges you to succeed and rewards you for doing so.

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.  Your key responsibilities in this role will include: 
Supported by a centralised and integrated CRM you will manage your monthly targets and KPIs, be given a monthly allocation of warm leads whilst also maintaining your own portfolio and sales pipeline.

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Track record of success in a phone-based sales role
• Experience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
• Sound CRM and Microsoft Office suite skills
