The role
Reporting to Helsing's People Operations Learning Lead, you will own the day-to-day design and delivery of our onboarding, leadership, and learning programmes, turning strategy into effective experiences on the ground as we scale rapidly.
Where the Learning Lead sets the strategy and underlying infrastructure, you will drive execution and continuous iteration: hosting and facilitating in-person onboarding in Munich, keeping our learning resources sharp and current, and ensuring our programmes run smoothly for the many stakeholders across the business who depend on them.
You will be one of the first people new joiners meet during their first days at Helsing, and a key part of the team ensuring the systems behind that experience — content, scheduling, resources, feedback — operate seamlessly. Alongside onboarding, you will build content and facilitation materials that support our broader leadership and learning initiatives, with a direct impact on how quickly and effectively new hires and future leaders are set up to succeed.
The day-to-day

Deliver Helsing's in-person onboarding programme in Munich, bringing our mission, culture, and operating model to life for every new cohort, and travel to other European hubs as needed

Coordinate programme logistics, managing cohort scheduling and partnering with hiring managers, Security, IT, and People Operations to ensure every cohort runs seamlessly

Support new joiners and managers as the go-to point of contact throughout onboarding and probation, answering questions and proactively unblocking issues

Maintain and expand our knowledge base, keeping onboarding and learning resources in Confluence structured, accurate, and effortless to navigate

Build learning materials, designing and refining leadership and learning content in partnership with internal subject matter experts

Align cross-functionally with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to keep the onboarding calendar, capacity, and content matched to hiring volume across divisions

Measure and iterate, collecting and analysing onboarding and engagement data, including pulse surveys, to spot bottlenecks and improve delivery

Support self-serve learning, building and supporting adoption of self-serve resources and tracking engagement and feedback on content quality
You should apply if you

Facilitate and present onboarding sessions with clarity, bringing Helsing's mission, culture, and operating model to life for new joiners

Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and keep them on track, from cohort logistics to cross-functional alignment

Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback, including survey data, to identify trends and shape continuous improvement

Build, structure, and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation such as Confluence or Notion

Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships across technical and non-technical teams
-
Speak German and English fluently, and are based in or willing to relocate to Munich for regular in-person facilitation

Nice to Have

Support or design leadership or first-time manager enablement initiatives

Familiarity with modern HRIS platforms (e.g. HiBob) and engagement survey tooling

Experience working in a fast-scaling tech environment, or a regulated/defence setting with strict compliance and security requirements

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning authoring tools

Background in organisational psychology, adult learning, or leadership development
