  • Provide operational leadership by supporting team members, coordinating daily transportation activities, sharing best practices, and driving execution across the department.
  • Monitor carrier performance, communicate shipment status to stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and service.
  • Support key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives that enhance operational performance, strengthen compliance, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Working knowledge of transportation regulations, carrier operations, and export compliance requirements preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • HazMat/Dangerous Goods Certification preferred.
