Team Care is looking for a new consultant with SimCorp Dimension experience to join the SimCorp office in Italy (Milano/Pistoia/Trieste).
Service Delivery Consultants are experienced professionals who play a key role in supporting and enhancing SimCorp clients by delivering best‑practice market solutions and deploying services that optimize the use of SimCorp Dimension and beyond.
In this role, you will engage with clients and subject‑matter experts across the globe. Our consultants deliver Front‑to‑Back solutions, manage incidents and problems, and implement small changes or enhancements to existing and future client workflows. Your work will contribute directly to increased automation, improved end‑user experience, and overall client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
As a Lead Service Delivery Consultant, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding production support and overall customer relationship management.
- Provide live support for resolving problems and issues which occur in applications and the system operations of SimCorp Dimension to provide convincing and timely solutions to our clients.
- Fulfil application configuration maintenance and enhancement requests and the daily operations requests of the applications (including monitoring and troubleshooting).
- Assess creatively customer requirements regarding system enhancements of a highly complex nature and address these to product management to ensure that product management is always aware of future market requirements.
- Co-operate closely with SimCorp colleagues and the SimCorp clients to prioritize and provide best-practice solutions.
- Advise and service our clients by providing best practice market solutions related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension in an optimal, future-oriented way.
- Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers also addressing issues in new areas of expertise to fulfil our clients’ demand for additional, value-adding functionality.
- Co-operate closely with other professionals within SimCorp to share knowledge and ensure efficient solutions for the clients.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer by conducting training or ad-hoc coaching and developing new training to ensure the clients use the software in an optimal way.
- Contribute to wider policy making including the development of practices, processes and procedures, and provide input to the strategic direction of the function.
- Work on the EMEA shift, with occasional weekend and public holiday duties. Extended hours may also be required at times.

- Educational background in finance or economics
- Know-how in at least one of the following areas: Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes or Financial Transaction Workflows
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension solutions
- Minimum 8 years’ experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian
- Broad knowledge and solid experience in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical
- Strong skills in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive, service‑minded approach with a natural drive for problem‑solving; enthusiastic, committed, solution-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
- Excellent client communication, presentation and consulting skills
- Proven record of delivering high client satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a time-sensitive situation
- Team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge
- Fluency in English, additional language abilities would be of advantage

The salary range for this position is between 40 960 and 61 440 EUR RAL in base compensation, under the CCNL Commercio framework. Additionally, employees are eligible to benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Total compensation, including possible bonuses, may vary depending on role, location, department, and individual performance.
