We are seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable BI solutions, enterprise semantic models, and reporting infrastructure on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and AI teams to support analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver clear, intuitive, and interactive Power BI dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable stakeholder insights.
• Author and optimize complex DAX measures, calculations, and custom time-intelligence logic to evaluate key business metrics and organizational KPIs.
• Connect, extract, and transform structured and unstructured data from diverse enterprise sources using Power Query (M) and automated data flows.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance by tuning DAX measures, refining data models, reducing cardinalities, and leveraging star-schema architecture.
• Implement and manage robust governance and report security protocols, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS), to safeguard sensitive business information.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, functional teams, and cross-disciplinary stakeholders to translate core analytical questions into impactful, visual reporting solutions.
