JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

Develop, interpret, and implement complex financial and business analytics to support marketing planning, forecasting, and decision making. Provide financial leadership and analytical support to the Marketing organization through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide finance and analytical support to the Marketing organization, including building relationships with key business partners and supporting strategic business initiatives.
• Develop period-end financial insights to drive improved business performance and support leadership decision-making.
• Prepare analyses in support of the organization’s annual budget process, monthly forecasts, expense trends, outlooks, and statistical reporting.
• Complete period-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis while ensuring accounting accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze and leverage understanding of marketing and financial metrics to advise finance and business partner leaders.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and business results.
• Partner with Sales, Digital, and Business Growth Teams to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.
• Responsible for complex financial analyses and reports for Marketing management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and financial controls.
• May provide coaching and direction to less experienced analysts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or marketing finance support.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP and business intelligence systems.
• Analytical & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and business metrics, including marketing performance, expense management, forecasting, and financial results.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter who proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively manages multiple priorities. Strong oral and written communication skills.

COMPENSATION

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
