You will become part of the Global Finance organisation and serve as the dedicated finance business partner to the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Sales Development (SSD) and the SSD Leadership Team.

In this highly visible role, you will work across a broad network of stakeholders, including business and operational leaders, regional and global finance teams, Group Finance, Group Business Services, Centres of Excellence, and Data & Analytics specialists. As the lead finance sparring partner for SSD, you will play a key role in ensuring strong financial performance, transparency, and strategic decision-making.

You will join a collaborative and ambitious environment where finance is deeply integrated into business planning and execution. As Lead Finance Business Partner, you will drive financial performance and strategic decision-making by providing forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities to create business value.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the EVP for Strategy & Sales Development and the SSD Leadership Team, supporting key business decisions through financial insight and challenge
• Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting processes, ensuring robust assumptions and high-quality financial plans
• Translate financial, operational, and strategic insights into actionable recommendations that support long-term business objectives
• Drive strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, benchmarking, business case development, and scenario modelling
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure transparency through meaningful reporting and communication
• Lead investment planning, capital efficiency initiatives, and gap-closing activities that support business performance
• Prepare management presentations and decision-support material for senior leadership and Executive Group Management
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and performance reporting in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams
• Drive product costing and standard cost accounting processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimisation, reporting quality, and operational efficiency

You combine analytical depth with excellent business understanding and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment where collaboration and challenge go hand in hand.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field
• Bring extensive experience from finance roles within industrial, manufacturing, or similarly complex international organisations
• Have a strong background in business partnering, financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business analysis
• Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and are comfortable working with complex data and business challenges
• Possess solid digital capabilities, including SAP, Excel, and BI reporting tools, preferably Power BI
• Communicate fluently in English
