Provide Electronic Engineering Design in product creation and product maintenance according to the related procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead Electronic Engineer holds the core technical responsibility for electronic system creation and maintenance to meet business needs including time, cost, quality and productivity.

1. Contribute strongly to electronic system architecture, technology roadmap, process and tools for business.

2. Take overall technical responsibility for the innovation solutions, feasibility studies and align-ment with cost and quality.

3. Support to resolve the technical problem in the product life cycle.

4. Make sure system requirements flow-down to electronic subsystem requirements and technical risk under control.

5. Coach junior engineer as a fully proficient technical expert in subject matter area.

6. Responsible for process efficiency and continuously improvement.
