As a Lead, Data Analytics at Lalamove, you will work with a group of passionate and talented people across different teams. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable insights to empower Product, Marketing and Operations teams in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and shaping the future of Lalamove products.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms. e.g., Power BI, Tableau.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights in a simple, impactful manner.
- High level of maturity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity.
