Overall Purpose:

Drive growth and profitability by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing opportunities to improve financial performance across local markets. Leverage data analytics, business case development, market insights, and strategic recommendations to optimize investment decisions, resource allocation, and commercial performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Profitability Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Analyze market, customer, and financial performance to identify opportunities that improve revenue, profitability, and return on investment.
• Performance & Strategic Insights: Monitor business performance and key financial metrics, leveraging analytics and market trends to develop recommendations that improve growth and financial outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders and senior executives.
• Growth & Profitability Support: Support pricing, investment, go-to-market, and market-level strategies through financial analysis, opportunity assessments, and performance optimization recommendations.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of experience in strategy, finance, analytics, pricing, consulting, business planning, or related disciplines. Certification is required in some areas.
